HOW TO MAKE A CHEESE OMELET (PROCEDURE TEXT)

Inggridients : 
 * 1 egg
 * 50 gr cheese
 * 1 cup milk
 * 3 tablespoons cooking oil
 * a pinch of salt and pepper

Utensils :
 * frying pan
 * fork
 * spatula
 * cheese grater
 * bowl
 * plate

Steps : 
 * Crack an egg into a bowl
 * whisk the egg with a fork until it is smooth
 * Add milk, salt and pepper and whisk well
 * Grate the cheese with the cheese grater into the bowl and stir
 * Heat the oil in a frying pan
 * Pour the mixture into the frying pan
 * Turn the omelet with spatula when it browns
 * Cook both sides
 * Place on a plate
 * Eat while warm
